There are 19 nickel silver disks and a triangular piece on the end mounted on a supple, black leather strap. Hair plates range from 3 and 1/2 inches to 2 inches. First hairplate has piercings. Length is 60 inches. I attached a long thong which can be used to hitch the dropper to your shoulders by tying around the chest. Makes it easy on the throat.
